Recipe for Snowman Lollipops
Ingredients ( for 4 lollipops )
4 Big OREO
4 mini OREO
12 White marshmallows
50 g special pastry chocolate
2 red carensac candies
2 red acid bands
4 wooden skewers
Recipe for snowman lollipops :
Cut the carensac in 2 with a knife.
Cut the acid candies in 2 lengthwise.
Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie.
Thread 3 marshmallows per skewer.
Stick the large and mini OREO together with a little melted chocolate.
Stick the hat (i.e. the big OREO) on the last marshmallow threaded.
Stick the 1/2 carensac on the same marshmallow with a little melted chocolate.
With a toothpick and a little melted chocolate, draw the eyes, mouth and buttons.
Put a 1/2 red acid candy between the 2 marshmallows.
Your lollipop is ready for Christmas and it is perfect to receive our guests.

The real Christmas chocolate truffles
For all chocolate lovers, truffles are a must to enjoy Christmas and its little pleasures. These little sweets make me succumb every time. It’s a little candy that deserves patience but the result is a homemade candy.
- 200g of chocolate
- 18cl of liquid cream
- 20g of butter
- 1 tbsp vanillin extract
- 50g bitter cocoa powder
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Once melted, remove from the heat and add the warm cream (heat 20s in the microwave with 2 tablespoons of water) in three times while stirring.
Then add the butter which will melt with the heat of the chocolate/cream mixture and mix.
Then let it rest until the mixture is at room temperature and put it in the fridge for 3 hours to allow the ganache to set.
Put the cocoa powder in a plate. Take the ganache and make small balls with your hands, dip in the bitter cocoa to cover the surface and do the same until there is no more ganache left.
It’s a very simple recipe to make and so good for Christmas.

Tricolor lollipops for hot or crunchy chocolate
If you like lollipops, why not make them ourselves with chocolate that we can crunch or dip them in hot chocolate.
It’s a great idea to enjoy a good hot chocolate with homemade sweets.
Ingredient for the lollipops
100 g dark chocolate
100 g milk chocolate
100 g white chocolate
Break the white chocolate into small squares. Melt it in a bain-marie or in the microwave by adding 3 tablespoons. Once melted, divide the melted chocolate into 8 to 10 small moulds such as fluted or verrines.
Break the milk chocolate and repeat the same operation. Gently plant a stick in each verrine or mould
Finally, break the dark chocolate and distribute it in the moulds, taking care to keep the sticks upright.
Leave to cool for about ten minutes at room temperature. Refrigerate about 3 hours before handling.
Unmould the lollipops, avoiding touching the chocolate with your fingers.
The lollipops can be stored for several weeks without any problem.

Caramel, chocolate, vanilla and hazelnut fudge
I didn’t know this cupcake and I stumbled upon Pinterest. I wanted to test it and the result is a caramel candy. This candy does not stick to the teeth and is very good.
500 g powdered sugar
50 g soft butter
170 g unsweetened condensed milk
120 g of liquid fresh cream
1 pinch of salt
1/2 vanilla bean
80 g dark chocolate, chopped
50 g of roasted hazelnuts (or almonds, or pistachios …)
The first step is to oil a mold or use a silicone mold.
In a thick-bottomed saucepan, put the sugar with the fresh cream and condensed milk. Bring to the boil, you should reach 115°C.
This will take 10 to 20 minutes, stir continuously with a wooden spoon or a maryse.
As soon as you reach 115°, remove from the heat and incorporate the butter with the vanilla pulp, mix well.
Wait for 5 minutes, stirring from time to time so that the preparation cools down and becomes thicker.
Then add the hazelnuts (cut in half) and the chopped chocolate in one go, mix quickly and place in the mould. Smooth quickly and leave to cool for 2 hours.
Cut into small squares and put them in a glass jar.

The little beggars
No it’s not complicated to make your own chocolates! And what’s more, it can make a nice gift or present for your guests on D-day.
It’s time to discover the recipe:
335 gde milk or dark chocolate, coarsely chopped
Roasted nuts (hazelnuts, cashew nuts, walnuts)
Dried fruits (cranberries, grapes, blueberries, cherries, apricots cut into small cubes)
Recipe to follow :
Line a cookie sheet with paper. Coarsely chop 335 g (12 oz) of dark or milk chocolate. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt half of the chocolate 20 seconds at a time, stirring in between. Add the remaining chocolate and stir with a fork until melted.
For each beggar, pour one tablespoon onto the baking paper and spread lightly with the back of the spoon. Place the filling of your choice as you go along.
Let stand at room temperature for about 1 hour or until the chocolate is firm or put the plate in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.

Marshmallow bears – easy home recipe
Today, I propose you a super easy recipe that will take us right back to childhood: the marshmallow bears! Very soft inside and crunchy outside.
Ingredient to make marshmallow bears
100% homemade version :
2 sheets of gelatin (4 g)
120 g milk chocolate
80 g of sugar
10 g glucose syrup (you can find it here)
20 g of water
1 egg white
1 pinch of vanilla powder
Easy version :
100 g milk chocolate
50 g of marshmallows
1 tablespoon of water

Place the gelatin in a bowl of cold water.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a double boiler. Here, there is no need to temper the chocolate because the bears are not surrounded by a hard shell.
With a kitchen brush, spread the chocolate into the bear-shaped moulds. Place the mold in the refrigerator while you are working on the recipe.
Then place the powdered sugar, water and glucose syrup in a saucepan. Heat until the temperature reaches 121°C (this temperature is called the “petit boulé”). This is a must for baking.
Remove from the heat and stir in the gelatine or agar-agar.
At the same time, start whipping the egg white into snow. When it becomes frothy, add the cooked sugar, then the vanilla powder. Continue whipping until the mixture has cooled (around 50°C). You should get a bird’s beak.
Place the mixture in a piping bag.
Take the moulds out of the refrigerator. Fill them with marshmallow still liquid (be careful, it hardens too quickly!).
Don’t forget to smooth with a spatula and leave to air dry for 2 hours.
Melt the remaining chocolate again. Still with the kitchen brush, spread a thin layer of chocolate on the teddy bears, so as to cover them completely. We are almost finished to have our teddy bears homemade.
Put them back in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
Gently unmould the bears. If you see that the chocolate breaks, place the mould in the freezer for 15 minutes, it will be easier to unmould.
Quick and easy version
As in the previous version, the chocolate is melted and the moulds are brushed with chocolate. Let harden in the fridge.
Then place the marshmallows and water in a container and heat in a bain-marie or 30 seconds in the microwave at maximum power.
Pour the melted marshmallows into the moulds and cover with melted chocolate, always with the brush.
Leave to harden for 1h30 in the refrigerator.

Lollipops with marshmallows and chocolate for Christmas
These are easy lollipops to make with marshmallows and chocolate for Christmas. We can make them with our children for their greatest pleasure.
